Hi, I'm Lindsay 🤍
My passion is helping people feel less stressed and more at home in their bodies through gentle, mindful movement. I've been practicing yoga for about 10 years and teaching for several, working with individuals and groups in many different stages of life.
Yoga has supported me through pregnancy, postpartum, and seasons of both challenge and growth. It has taught me the importance of slowing down, listening inward, and choosing movement that feels supporting rather than performative.
In addition to yoga, I incorporate simple breathwork, mindfulness, and optional essential oil practices to support relaxation and overall well-being. My approach is always grounded, inclusive, and focused on how yoga feels rather than how it looks.
